Amnesty International Group 438 focuses on three specific areas: Abolition of the Death Penalty, Freeing our Prisoner of Conscience and Refugee Issues.
The York Chapter of Amnesty International meets at 7PM on the second Wednesday of each month at the York County Community Against Racism Center Building (YCCAR) located at 116 N. George St York, PA 17401. Free parking after 5 PM is available across the street from YCCAR at the CGA parking lot.
Our meetings are a combination of information-sharing, working and planning. We write letters at all of our meetings to ensure that we are taking action and not just talking about the issues that concern us.
